Every AULU piece of jewelry is covered by a statutory 2-year warranty, which exclusively covers manufacturing defects (e.g. soldering errors, loose links, etc.).

- exposure to chemicals, perfumes or water.

Jewelry care
AULU jewelry is made of 14-karat gold and precisely set stones. Although we use high-quality materials and modern processing technologies, it is important to remember that each piece of jewelry is a delicate work of art. Improper handling can cause irreversible damage, so we recommend following the principles of proper care to ensure your jewelry retains its beauty and shine for many years.
Always remove your jewelry when doing sports, heavy work, or household chores to avoid contact with hard or rough surfaces. Although gold and gemstones are durable materials, sudden impact or pressure can cause them to deform or crack. Some stones are even more susceptible to scratching or coming loose from your jewelry, so prevention is key.
Protect your jewelry from chemicals such as detergents, chlorine, perfumes, and cosmetics, and do not expose it to extreme temperatures or sudden changes in temperature. These effects can cause the metal to discolor or weaken the attachment of stones.
When storing your jewelry, store it separately from other pieces to prevent scratching. We recommend storing it in the original AULU box, in a soft fabric bag, or in a quality jewelry box with a smooth interior.
Delivery and packaging
Every AULU piece of jewelry undergoes a meticulous quality check before shipping to ensure it reaches you in flawless condition. Once approved, the piece is securely wrapped in protective foil and placed in a luxurious gift box with a delicate AULU logo. The box is designed to not only protect the piece during shipping, but also be ready for immediate gifting – without the need for additional packaging.
The package also includes an elegant gift bag and a certificate of authenticity, which confirms the purity of the gold and the quality of the set stones.
We deliver shipments via reliable courier companies directly to your address or to a collection point of your choice. Delivery usually takes place within 2–4 business days from order confirmation. Each shipment is insured and provided with a tracking number so that you always have an overview of its movement.

Warranty and certificate
We provide a 2-year warranty on all AULU jewelry, which covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear caused by everyday wear, mechanical damage, scratches, or defects caused by improper handling or exposure to chemicals.
Each AULU piece of jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity, which confirms the purity of the gold used and the quality of the stones set. This document is our commitment and also a document in case of a complaint or future sale.
If you need repairs or service during the warranty period, contact us - we will provide professional diagnostics and propose the most suitable solution. After the warranty period, we also offer paid service, including professional cleaning, polishing and surface treatment, to keep your jewelry looking like new even after years.
